One day, I gt really sick of my boring room, and decided to give my room a new face- lift!
Here’s a little preview of my BEFORE-ROOM.
Shopping for the new furnitures was really fun, somehow i knw wat i wanted for the new room and IKEA has everything~!
And imagined buying a bed frame, a book shelf, a full length mirror ETCETC, without IKEA’s delivery services.
How on earth did we do it?
First step:
Hire a Macho man.
Ok he is quite shy and he do not want to be seen.
Step 2:
He must be skillful.
See, he’s trying to gather all his energy to lift up the mirror
Still can pose and smile for the camera. hahaha!
Things wouldnt have gone so smoothly without my sis and momo.
Actually the headache part was the cleaning, packing and furniture installation.

” SINGAPORE: A day after new Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) charges were introduced in Singapore’s city centre, the Land Transport Authority (LTA) said travel speeds and traffic conditions have improved(BULLSHIT)
It said the five new gantries along the Singapore River reduced traffic volume by some 30 per cent between 6pm and 8pm.
Traffic speeds also went up by some six kilometres to about 26 kilometres per hour.
In a statement, LTA said some have questioned if it was timely to raise the ERP rates, given the current economic conditions. In its response, LTA said that if congestion is left unchecked, it will create a negative impact on the Singapore economy.
This will also affect the quality of the living environment. “
Yesterday, my dad was complaining for the whole day that the gov may introduced TWENTY FOUR MORE ERPS in singapore..
Do take note, its not 24 ERPs in all, but 24 MORE ERPS…
WTH.
And today i saw this report in yahoo..
I THINK its total crap..
Yes traffic condition MAY SEEMS better during the operation of the ERP, BUT not becos the number of vehicles that are on the road have decreased, its jus dat they choose to enter the city at a MUCH MUCH MUCH EARLIER TIME or leave the city at a MUCH MUCH MUCH LATER TIME.. ( my dad’s one of dem)
and trust me, during this “much much much earler/later time”, the traffic is @#!#@$#@$@%#CONGESTED!
And did the authority do anything abt it?
Increasing the no. of ERPS on the road really make driving expensive and taxing…
bt i tink the root of the prob is not solved at all…
Increase ERPS = Decrease cars on the road?

Increase ERPS = More curse and swears from sporeans ( and trust me we are only good at complaining among ourselves…)

For the past 23 years, ive never seen a cockroach that flies like a batman…
Im not afrad of cockroaches(YES for lizards!)
BUT, this time round this batman surely scare the hell out of me US !
After disturbing us,
that batman flew to e next table( 3 young gals)…
same for them, they were happily indulging in their food,
when batman was flying towards their table,
